Jim joined the restaurant in 2011 taking over as Director of Operations and overseeing the remodeled expansion. Jim was the Senior Culinary Instructor at Harrisburg Area Community College and as a Certified Executive Chef. He has run restaurants in New York City, Los Angeles, and Houston. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, he also has taken and taught classes in Italy and Spain. Jim is a big advocate of fresh, local food and has been involved with the Slow Food Movement. He resides in Elizabethtown with his wife and two dogs. |

Molly joined the John Wright Restaurant in 2005 as a part-time server after growing up down the street. She is a graduate of nearby Eastern York High School and has also worked for neighboring, Donsco Incorporated and The John Wright Store. Molly handles daily restaurant business as a front of the house manager in addition to the human resources department, payroll, scheduling, and computer maintenance. She resides in Yorkanna with her fiance and four children. |

Eric joined John Wright’s Restaurant in May of 2011, as a server on the Pizza Patio. He then left to go back to school at Coastal Carolina University in Conway South Carolina to finish his degree in Resort Tourism Management. He has gained his experience and knowledge from working at several restaurant in the Hamptons. Eric is now floor manager at John Wright’s Restaurant and has many responsibilities throughout the restaurant including inventory. Eric resides in Red Lion. |

Kevin joined the restaurant in May of 2012. He was originally hired as a bartender, and continues to serve in that capacity, while also coordinating entertainment events as well as promotions. Kevin is a Lancaster native, and graduate of Manheim Township high school. Following the completion of his undergraduate course work in Sociology at Robert Morris University, in Pittsburgh, Kevin began his career in the service industry as a Bouncer in 2004. While excelling at every 'front of the house' position available to him in a variety of restaurants and bars, Kevin acquired extensive knowledge of the service industry. Kevin hopes that this knowledge will serve him well in his new role within the John Wright Restaurant. He currently resides in Mountville with his girlfriend Sheri, dog, and two cats. |

Anne was born in Virginia and grew up in Seattle, Washington. She has been in the service industry for 14 years, tending bar for 10 of these years. Anne has a degree in Sociology from Portland State University and has travelled to Venzuela to bartend. She recently moved to York from Brooklyn, New York where she tended bar at various restaurants and a hotel in Manhattan. Her travels have influenced her love for creating flavorful cocktails with fresh ingredients. Anne has been working at JW since March 2012 and resides in Mount Wolf. |

Adrienne has been with the restaurant since 2009 after being hired as a bartender. She is a graduate of Kennard Dale High School. She has since has been promoted to Banquet Coordinator of the River Room. She handles rehearsal dinners, reunions, birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, and many other events in this newly renovated upstairs space. She resides in Yoe with her husband and three children. |

Scott started at the restaurant in February of 2011 as lead line cook. He graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College and has received certificates from American Hotel & Lodging in Food and Beverage Service and Planning and Control for Food and Beverage Operations. He is ServSafe Certified and has traveled to Spain with Jim. He has been vital in the success of our wood fired pizza patio. Scott was promoted to Head Chef of the JWR this year. He resides in Wrightsville with his girlfriend. |

Austin became a part of the JW Team in May of 2011 as a Sous Chef. He has completed courses at HACC under Jim Switzenberg and gone to Italy and Spain with him. He has certificates from American Hotel & Lodging. He has been promoted to finding the freshest, local ingredients for the restaurant as the buyer. He resides in Wrightsville with his girlfriend and brother, who are also employees of the restaurant. |

Rachel joined the restaurat in 2011 as our in house pastry chef. She graduated from Garden Spot High School and has attended Lancaster County Career Center for baking. She is currently attending HACC for her Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts. Rachel is responsible for in house desserts, breads, and speciality wedding cakes. She resides in New Holland. |
