Our Dedication At John Wright Restaurant we always do our best to use the freshest ingredients possible. Our eggs come from cage-free chickens that are allowed to go in and out of the barn at will. They live in Elizabethtown and we pick up fresh eggs every week.
We buy from local farmers as much as possible and receive several deliveries every week of just picked produce, including tomatoes, squash, peppers, potatoes, cantaloupe, mushrooms and whatever else is fresh and in season.
We know where our food comes from and we avoid anything premade or processed including our bread and desserts. Our in-house pastry chef makes new and fresh desserts every week and our dinner and burger rolls are baked fresh on premise.
